Conference Room#1) at the Mashpee <br />Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, on the following: <br />Continued Matters <br />Pamela Coleman: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-25 (I)((9) of the Zoning <br />By-laws for maintenance of existing pier, ramp and float on property located in an R-5 <br />zoning district at 190 Captain's Row (Map 96 Parcel 33) Mashpee, MA. <br />Thomas and Patricia Dargan: Request a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning <br />By-laws to seek relief from the setback requirements to the wetlands in order to build a <br />50' x 42' house/garage, a 16' x 8' patio and a 26' x 10' screen porch on property located <br />• in an R-3 zoning district at 5 Uncantena Road (Map 123 Parcel 71) Mashpee, MA. <br />New Public Hearings <br />George Adams: Requests a Variance from Section 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />allow for a proposed dwelling to exceed the 150' maximum distance to the paved <br />roadway on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 47 Cove Road (Map 5 Parcel 1) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Robert Bergeron: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />seek relief from the setback requirements in order to build a garage, breezeway and porch <br />on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 3 Dove Lane (Map 64 Parcel 64-111) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Thomas A.
