This request covers changing the two "Quadplex"buildings originally <br /> on lot#9 to four duplex buildings of similar floor plan, size and layout. This change is <br /> requested to ensure the economic feasibility of the project and the long term <br /> marketability. There are no changes to the quantity or sale price of any of the affordable <br /> units. A summary of the project is provided below for your review. <br /> Enclosed with this letter, please find revised unit numbers with sale prices, <br /> revised unit plans, a revised site plan of the area to be modified.
