(UPSTAIRS, Conference Room#1) at the Mashpee <br />Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, on the following: <br />READ CONTINUANCES <br />Southside Realtv Trust: Requests a Major Modification to the Comprehensive Permit <br />previously granted (SP -03-150) to the Main Street Village Project (40B) requesting <br />change from two "quadplex" buildings originally on lot 99 to four duplex buildings of <br />similar floor plan, size and layout on property located in a C-2 and R-5 zoning district at <br />334 Main Street (Route 130) (Map 36 Parcel 47). This change is requested to ensure the <br />economic feasibility of the project and the long term marketability. There are no changes <br />to the quantity or sale price of any of the affordable units.
