Proposed construction of a cabana and covered NOI <br /> patio with mitigation plantings. <br /> Paul Mancuso from BSC Group presented plans. <br /> Agent said project meets performance standards for coastal bank. He asked for a revised <br /> beach nourishment agreement from New Seabury Properties considering the partial <br /> acquisition of half the lot of 60 Coastline Drive to be incorporated into 66 Coastline Drive. <br /> The Agent also requested that the existing easement for beach nourishment in this area be <br /> well defined in terms of width so that the machinery used does not impact existing areas of <br />
