Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 25, 2005 and <br /> December 2, 2005 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at which tin-ie the following members of the Zoning <br /> - <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenbeiry, <br /> Frederick Borgeson, Jonathan Furbush and Evano Cunha. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Toby Leary, applicants builder, represents them at this hearing. Mr. Lear), <br /> explains that his clients would like to build an entryway to the front of their home so that <br /> they may have a place to walk in and put boots and coats in. They have done a lot of <br /> work to the his house and this is the last step to make the living space more comfortable <br /> for their family. Mr. Borgeson mentions that this Board just gave this applicant a <br /> variance to install a swimming pool a couple of months ago. Mr. Leary states that they <br /> did receive a variance for the pool but did not think they were going to move forward <br /> with the entryway at that time. Mr. Borgeson state he would not like to see then-1 back <br /> anytime soon for any other variances should the board grant this. The Board agrees that <br />
