Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation on January 9 2004 and January 16, 2004 and again on <br /> January 23, 2004 and January 30, 2004, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part in the Town of Mashpee, on hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 18, 2004 (continued from January 28, 2004 due to inclement <br /> weather) at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Marshall Brem, Robert Nelson and James Regan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Carl Delorme of Mid-Cape Construction, Inc. represents the petitioner at this <br /> hearing. They are seeking a variance from the front yard setback requirements in order to <br /> build a farmer's porch and garage. The Board reviews the plans and they feel this will be <br /> an improvement to the house. Robert Nelson moves to grant an I I-foot variance for the <br /> farmer's porch and a 6-foot variance for the garage on Sunset Circle. Marshall Brem <br /> seconds the motion. All agree, So moved. <br />
