1 <br /> Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes <br /> 4 February 18, 2004 <br /> Marshall Brem seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. Reference plans from Cape & <br /> Islands Engineering, Plan No. 110303, File No. 125 MA, Septic File No. 73,dated <br /> November 3, 2003. <br /> Per A. Eldh: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws in <br /> order to expand an existing non-conforming structure. The original Special Permit (SP- <br /> 01-41) has expired and petitioner is seeking a new special permit on property located in <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 172 Daniel's Island Road (Map 100 Parcel 16) Mashpee, MA <br /> Sitting: James Regan, Marshall Brem and Robert Nelson. <br /> David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner at this hearing. <br /> They are here because a previously granted Special Permit has expired (SP-01-41). They <br /> seeking to expand a non-forming structure and would like a re-issuance of the previous <br /> permit. The Board asks why this has expired and Mr. Sanicki informs them that Dr. Eldh <br /> had to postpone building due to time constraints and his job. The Board feels since <br /> nothing has changed in the original request they will grant this. Mr. Brem moves to grant <br /> this special permit. Mr. Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. Reference <br /> plans from Yarosh Associates, Inc. of Mashpee, MA, Project no. 1024, dated October, <br /> 2003. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> ✓ accept minutes from February 11, 2004 <br /> ✓ discuss how future appointment to the ZBA should be handled <br /> Mr. Brem makes a motion to adjourn.
