She asks the Board to withdraw without <br /> prejudice. Frederick Borgeson makes a motion to accept the withdrawal. Zella <br /> Elizenberry seconds the motion. All agree. Builder, represents the applicants at this hearing. They are seeking a <br /> front yard variance for the setback requirements. The lot is a corner lot and is therefore <br /> required to maintain 2 front yard setbacks, which is burdensome to the owners with <br /> respect to building any type of addition. The are looking for 11 feet on Oneida Avenue <br /> and 9 feet on Analog Road. The Board reviews the plans and discusses them with the <br /> petitioner.
