Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeal Ninety Nine West,Inc. <br /> 2 Owner: Double Nine Property, LLC <br /> SP-04-72 <br /> 9. will properly dispose of stumps, construction debris, hazardous materials and <br /> other waste. <br /> 10. will provide adequate off-street parking. <br /> 11. will not cause excessive erosion or cause increased runoff onto neighboring <br /> properties or into any natural river, stream,pond or water body and will not <br /> otherwise be detrimental to the town or the area. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on May 26, <br /> 2004 to grant the Special Permit conditioned on compliance with engineering plans from <br /> Daylor Consulting Group,Inc. of Braintree,MA, dated January 5, 1997 and most <br /> recently revised May 27, 2004, job no. 1.0998.02,. and is further conditioned to comply <br /> with all of the requests from the Board of Health. <br />
