Mashpee Zoning Keith and Jennifer Kaestner 3 <br /> Board of Appeals V-04-88 <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the Petitioner <br /> met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on July 14, 2004 to grant a <br /> 3.2 foot variance on Quinaquisset Avenue and a 2.1 foot variance for the frontage <br /> requirements. This is conditioned upon plans from Cape &Islands Engineering, dated <br /> June 3, 2004 as prepared for Jennifer Kaestner. <br />
