Map 81 Parcel 36 <br /> Falmouth Road Trust <br /> V-04-95 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 22, 2004 for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws to vary the street line setback requirements on property located in a C-1 <br /> zoning district at 6 Shellback Way (Map 81 Parcel 36) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation on June 25, 2004 and July 2, 2004, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part in the Town of Mashpee, on hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 14, 2004, July 28, 2004, August 24, 2004 and September 22, 2004 at <br /> which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughout: Marshall Brem, Robert Nelson and James Regan, Zella Elizenberry <br /> and Richard Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane of Dunning and Kirrane represents Plymouth Savings <br /> Bank at this hearing. Also present is Mr. Louis Kruger, Sr. Vice President of Plymouth <br /> Savings Bank. They are seeking a special permit along with a variance in order to build <br /> an addition to the existing bank with a drive-up window and for signage purposes. The <br /> very lengthy hearing began with the history of the bank. The parcel sits at the corner of <br /> Shellback Way and Route 28 having 158' of frontage along Route 28 and 166' along <br /> Shellback Way. The parcel consists of approximately 40,000 square feet and has been <br /> v <br />
