She is <br /> completely against this permit—it does not suit the area. <br /> Bill Ogg of 7 Warwick Way: He is the husband of Michelle Ogg and is so outraged with <br /> what has been allowed up to this point that he does not know where to turn. They have <br /> been dealing with this issue for many years and feel this type of horse boarding and <br /> breeding should not be done near small family neighborhoods with small children. Mr. <br /> Ogg mentions that Mr. Murphy shows no regard for any neighbors and rides a <br /> lawnmower and doesn't seem to care that it shoots rocks along the street while his <br /> children play in the front yard. He feels his property is being devastated by this man and <br /> the place is a mess. He is completely against issuing this permit. Mr. Regan addresses <br /> Mr. Murphy and said he has heard enough. This is obviously a huge problem and they <br /> are going to deny this permit and suggest to Mr. Murphy that he needs a lawyer. <br /> Marshall Brem makes a motion to deny the special permit. Richard Guerrera seconds the <br /> motion. All agree. Motion is Denied. Mr. Regan informs the abutters that although the <br /> permit was denied,there are still some uphill battles they will face to completely get him <br /> to stop boarding horses. He thanks them for their patience at such a late hour. <br /> Other Business: <br /> Marshall Brem makes a motion to accept the minutes from September 8, 2004. Robert <br /> Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br /> • Mr. Nelson discusses some of the articles the Board is co-sponsoring that are on the <br /> warrant for Town Meeting. There should be someone at the meeting to represent. Mr. <br /> Regan and Mr. Nelson will discuss it further. <br /> Lori Corsi would like a motion to accept the new Comprehensive Permit Rules from <br /> Attorney Jason Talerman. Marshall Brem makes a motion to accept the new <br /> Comprehensive Permit Rules. Zella Elizenberry seconds the motion. All agree. So <br /> moved. These will supercede the rules we currently have on file with the Town Clerk. <br /> Marshall Brem makes a motion to adjourn. Richard Guerrera seconds the motion. All <br /> agree.
