Gaffin 759 Falmouth Road <br /> Michael Rockoff Map 81 Parcel 29 <br /> Applicant: Clover Paving, Co., Inc SP-04-131 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 20, 2004 for a Special Permit under Sections <br /> 174-25 (G) 4, 5, 6, 9 and D(1)of the Zoning By-laws to build contractors bays that would <br /> be allowed to have plumbing, electrical or carpentry shop or other similar service or <br /> repair establishement, a place for manufacturing, assembly or packaging goods, a <br /> wholesale business and storage in a roofed structure on property located in an I-1 zoning <br /> district at 759 Falmouth Road (Route 28) (Map 81 Parcel 29) Mashpee, MA. (Sections <br /> 174-25 G(7) and G(11) have been stricken from the original request. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 24, 2004 and <br /> October 1, 2004, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 27, 2004, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, and Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Marshall Brem, Richard Guerrera and Frederick Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represents the applicants at this hearing. They are seeking a <br /> Special Permit and Variance to construct a 9,720 square foot building intended to be used <br /> as contractor bays and storage as allowed in the industrial zone upon the granting of a <br /> special permit. The variance is necessary for frontage relief from the current zoning <br /> requirements. The site'is approximately 2 acres with 300 feet of frontage along Route 28. <br /> The intended use will be for individual business/contractor bays with accessory office <br /> space including a bay to be owner occupied. A municipal water supply and its own Title <br /> V Septic System will service the building. They are proposing 36 parking spaces with <br />
