Mashpee Zoning Gerald E. Gaffin and Michael Rockoff Board of Appeals Applicant: Clover Paving Co., Inc. 4 SP-04-131 4. there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors listed in Section 174-24.C.2. 5. The Board of Health has imposed the following restrictions on this permit: ✓ A change of occupancy must have Board of Health approval ✓ Hazardous materials shall be limited to 200 pounds of dry weight and 220 gallons of liquid storage ✓ Storage of hazardous waste or materials outside is prohibited ✓ Floor drains are prohibited ✓ Painting and or use of solvents/lacquers shall be limited to a paint booth with vented discharge and/or in accordance with the Mass. Air Quality Regulations ✓ Stormwater generated from impervious surfaces shall be collected and treated ✓ Proposed sanding operations shall be performed with dustless sanders ✓ Proposed maintenance of vehicles and/or water vessels shall be performed in an indoor or semi-enclosed area on maintenance pads ✓ Maintenance contracts shall be submitted to the Board of Health prior to a certificate of occupancy ✓ Proposed pressure washing shall be treated as industrial wastewater. In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on October 27, 2004 to grant a Special Permit on the subject property. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with plans from Falmouth Engineering, dated June 8, 2004, revised on the following dates: July 23, 2004, August 27, 2004, September 3, 2004 and September 28, 2004, Project No. 04062 as prepared for Clover Paving Co., Inc., and Architectural Plans from JB Designs of West Barnstable, MA, dated September 8, 2004.
