Gaffin 759 Falmouth Road <br /> Michael Rockoff Map 81 Parcel 29 <br /> Applicant: Clover Paving, Co., Inc V-04-132 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 20, 2004 for a Variance from Section 174-31 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws to seek relief from the 600 foot frontage requirement in order to <br /> build contractors bays on property located in an 1-1 zoning district at 759 Falmouth Road <br /> (Route 28) (Map 81 Parcel 29) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 24, 2004 and <br /> October 1, 2004 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 27, 2004, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, James Regan and <br /> Marshall Brem, Zella Elizenberry and Richard Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represents the applicants at this hearing. They are <br /> seeking a 310 foot frontage Variance to construct a 9,720 square foot building intended to <br /> be used as contractor bays and storage as allowed in the industrial zone upon the granting <br /> of a special permit. The variance is necessary for frontage relief from the current zoning <br /> requirements which currently requires 600 feet for commercial properties. The site is <br /> approximately 2 acres with 300 feet of frontage along Route 28. The intended use will be <br />
