vi c y� <br /> Town of Mashpec <br /> 16 Great,Neck 1�oad 'North <br /> �Q�nnnEc� � MCIS{1,pce, Alas clIUSCUS 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Victor Corda 184 Waterway <br /> Map 111 Parcel 94 <br /> SP-04-133 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 21, 2004 by Victor Corda for a Special Permit <br /> under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish the existing <br /> dwelling and build a 5-bedroom house on property located in an R-3 zoning district at <br /> 184 Waterway (Map 111 Block 94) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 24, 2004 and <br /> October 1, 2004 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Zella E. Elizenberry, Richard Guerrera, <br /> Frederick R. Borgeson, Robert Nelson and Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Victor Corda represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a Special permit to <br /> demolish the existing dwelling at 184 Waterway and rebuild a new 5 bedroom dwelling. <br /> He is maintaining the setback requirements with the proposed structure. The Board of <br /> Health and Conservation have approved the project. The lot coverage remains under <br /> 20% with the proposed house. The Board reviews the plans with Mr. Corda and feels this <br /> is a reasonable request. Marshall Brem moves to grant the special permit. <br />
