Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, d <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 24, 2004 an <br /> October 1, 2004, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 13, 2004, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> cting throughout: James E. Regan III, Zella E. Elizenberry <br /> of Appeals were present and a <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson, and Robert Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Michael Grotzke of the Phoenix Group represented the petitioner along with <br /> Architect Tom O'Neil. They are seeking a special permit in order to alter a pre-existing <br /> non-conforming structure. The Board reviews the site plan and the architectural plans. <br /> n <br /> Mr. O'Neil explains to the Board that he has designed the new structure to fit in with the <br /> will be a <br /> neighborhood.
