Marshall Brem moves to both overturn the building inspector's <br /> decision and grant a 63,800 square foot landspace variance to deem 97 James Circle <br /> buildable. Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. Mr. <br /> Regan felt insulted and was never treated like that in his life. He was locked out of the <br /> meeting and feels this DCPC matter is not something the Town of Mashpee needs right <br /> now. <br /> Marshall Brem makes a motion to accept the minutes from October 13, 2004.
