Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes <br /> 1 October 27, 2004 <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Minutes - Wednesday, October 27, 2004 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, October 27, <br /> 2004 at 7:00 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members James Regan, Robert <br /> Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Richard Guerrera and Marshall Brem were present along with <br /> Alternate Board Member Frederick Borgeson. <br /> Mr. Regan brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mr. Nelson read the continuances <br /> for various reasons. <br /> Continued Matters <br /> Victor Corda: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws in <br /> order to demolish existing dwelling and replace with a new dwelling on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 184 Waterway (Map 111 Parcel 94) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Victor Corda: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-25 I.9 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws in order to construct, license and maintain a pier, ramp and float (previously <br /> permitted SP-02-94) on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 184 Waterway (Map <br /> 111 Parcel 94) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Robert Nelson, Frederick Bergeson, Marshall Brem, Zella Elizenberry and <br /> Richard Guerrera. James Regan stepped down from this hearing. <br /> Victor Corda represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a Special permit to <br /> demolish the existing dwelling at 184 Waterway and rebuild a new 5 bedroom dwelling. <br /> He is maintaining the setback requirements with the proposed structure. The Board of <br /> Health and Conservation have approved the project. The lot coverage remains under <br /> 20% with the proposed house. The Board reviews the plans with Mr. Corda and feels this <br /> is a reasonable request. Marshall Brem moves to grant the special permit. Robert Nelson <br /> seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. Reference plans from Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, Plan No. 100704, File No. 109MA, dated October 7, 2004. Secondly, Mr. <br /> Corda is seeking to re-issue a special permit for a pier, ramp and float that was granted to <br />
