THE FOLLOWING IS THE MOTION READ FROM THE FLOOR .__,.JMAN1M0JJS I move the Town vote to provide additional engineering services associated with the planning, design _and construction of a facility to treat septage; and for said purpose and for expenses incidental and related therein the Town vote to authorize the Treasurer with the approval of the Board of Selectmen to borrow $100,000 at one time or from time to time pursuant to Chapter 44 Section 7 0# the General Laws, or any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefore, and further to raise and appropriate $500 to the Wastewater Facility Debt Issuance Account and that the Board of Selectmen acting through its Executive Secretary be authorized to apply for, accept and expend any state of federal grants or loans which may became available for this purpose.
