Any such penalty shall be a part of the rile and regulation and shall be adopted pursuant to r the procedural requirements set forth in this Chapter,, .The Conservation Commission may establish a schedule of fines, not to exceed $300 per incident, for any violation of the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder. Such penalties stall be recovered by indictment or on complaint before the Barnstable District Court or by non-criminal .1w disposition in accordance -with Chapter 40, Section 21 D of the Massachusetts Genera! L Article 20: To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 172 Wetlands of the Code of the Town of Mashpee by renumbering the present Section 1 72-14 to be Section 172-15 and be adding a new Section 172-14 as follows: § 1 72-14.
