To see if the Town will Grote to amend Chapter 145 of the Mash pee Code by deleting therefor Section 145-3, and amending Section 145-1 to read as follows "Section 145-1 Promulgation of the shell fishing and eeiin regulations; violations and penalties . The Board of Selectmen are authorized, from time to time,, to make regulations governing the taking of shellfish and eels from the foreshores f flats and tidal waters of the Town of Mash ee . No such regulations shall become effective until a public hearing has been held by the Board of Selectmen and a public notice of the regulations adopted shall have been given . The Selectmen shall he governed by all applicable General laws in carrying out the authority vested in them by this chapter.
