w <br />Town of ]Vashpee <br />16 Great Jlreck goad Xorth <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />DECISION FOR A VARIANCE <br />Re: Ralph and Susan Cook 8 Annawon Road <br />Map 65 Parcel 38A <br />V — 03-06 <br />A Petition was filed on December 9, 2002 for a Variance under Section 174-31 of <br />the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the required the front setbacks, the side <br />setbacks and to seek relief from the current zoning for lot size in order to construct a <br />garage with a bedroom above on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 8 Annawon <br />Road (Map 65 Parcel 38A) Mashpee, MA. <br />Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br />Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 27, 2002 and <br />January 3, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />0 A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br />Wednesday, January 8, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br />of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Edward Govoni and <br />James Regan. <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br />provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br />Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner. They are <br />seeking a Variance of 19 feet in the front, a Variance of 4.3 feet on the side and a <br />Variance of 30,805 feet with respect to the currently zoned undersized lot. The Board <br />moves to grant these Variances. <br />0 <br />
