Town of Nashpee <br />MEMBERS AGENDA 16 Great JVeck Pvoad JVorth <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALWashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br />January 8, 2003, at 7:00 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, on <br />the following: <br />CONTINUED MATTERS <br />Elliot Rosenberg: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />vary the setbacks in order to build an 18'x20' carport over an existing driveway on <br />property located in an R-3 zoning district at 17 Pontiac Road (Map 125 Parcel 61) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />WITHDRAWN WITHOUT PREJUDICE: per conversation with Mr. Rosenberg on <br />Friday, January 3, 2003. <br />Meetinghouse Partners Development, LLC: Request a Comprehensive Permit under <br />M.G.L. Chapter 40B and is seeking relief from Sections 174-21, 174-27, 174-28 and <br />• Article XII — Mashpee River District of the Zoning By-laws to develop twelve house lots, <br />3 of which will be developed as affordable housing and sold to, first time home buyers, on <br />property located in an R-5 zoning district at 30 Meetinghouse Road (Map 36 Parcel 30) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Mr. Glynn requests 15 minutes as discussed at December meeting to review submitted <br />materials that the Board requested. <br />Arlene and Donald Byrne: Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By- <br />laws in order to construct a two bedroom house and to vary the setback requirement on <br />property located in an R-3 zoning district at 99 Monomoscoy Road (Map 120 Parcel 45) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Kenneth A. Jones: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By- <br />laws in order to demolish the existing dwelling and rebuild a new house on property <br />located in an R-3 zoning district at 28 Great River Road (Map 120 Parcel 68A) Mashpee, <br />MA. <br />Kenneth A. Jones: Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31, and 174-33 of the Zoning <br />By-laws to vary the setback requirement and wetlands requirements with respect to the <br />proposed construction on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 28 Great River <br />Road (Map 120 Parcel 68A) Mashpee, MA. <br />c <br />7,�-4 <br />
