Reardon Trust 688 Great Neck Road, South <br />Quality Homes Realty Trust Map 104 Parcel 80 <br />SP -03-10 <br />A Petition was filed on December 16, 2002 for a Special Permit by John J. <br />Reardon Trust, Quality Homes Realty Trust, under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By- <br />laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Ockway Bay on property <br />located in an R-3 zoning district at 688 Great Neck Road, South (Map 104 Parcel 80) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br />Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br />a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 27, 2002 and <br />• January 3, 2003 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br />Wednesday, January 6, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br />of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson <br />and James Regan, <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br />provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br />Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner. He <br />is seeking a Special Permit to maintain and license a new pier, ramp and float. The <br />Conservation Commission and Harbor Master have approved the project. The Board <br />moves to grant the Special Permit. <br />GENERAL FINDINGS <br />1. that the subject property is located 688 Great Neck Road, South and contains <br />• 1.2 acres. <br />
