Town of Mashpee <br />16 Great Xeck Pvoad Jlrorth <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br />January 22, 2003, at 7:00 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road <br />North, on the following: <br />Kurt and Cathy Murray: Request a Variance from Section 174-31 and 174-21 of the <br />Zoning By-laws in order to construct a 22' x 22' addition for a family room and mud <br />room to their existing house. They are seeking relief from the currently required lot size <br />and relief from the front yard setback requirements on property located in an R-5 zoning <br />district at 40 County Road (Map 71 Parcel 138) Mashpee, MA. <br />t/I Daniel and Robbin Hyde: Request a Variance from Section 174-31 and 174-21 of the <br />Zoning By-laws in order to replace the existing deck with an addition. They are seeking <br />relief from the currently required lot size and to vary the side setback requirements on <br />property located in an R-5 zoning district at 8 Radcliffe Road (Map 22 Parcel 106) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Daniel and Robbin Hyde: Request a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning <br />• By-laws in order to replace the existing deck with an addition on a non -conforming lot <br />but is not more detrimental to the neighborhood on property located in an R-5 zoning <br />district at 8 Radcliffe Road (Map 22 Parcel 106) Mashpee, MA. <br />J Plymouth Sian Co. for Rockland Trust: Request a Special Permit under Section 174- <br />51B of the Zoning By-laws in order to erect a sign in excess of 20 square feet on property <br />located in a C-1 zoning district at 5 Shellback Way (Map 81 Parcel 89) Mashpee, MA. <br />Alan and Saundra Michaelson: Request a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the <br />Zoning By-laws in order to expand a pre-existing non -conforming deck.
