Mashpee Zoning House & Yard Lumber Company <br />Board of Appeals SP -03-22 <br />3. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a result of <br />9 the proposal. <br />4. there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors listed in <br />Section 174-24.C.2. <br />In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br />Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br />duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on <br />Februaryl2, 2003 to grant a Special Permit under Section 174-25 on the subject property. <br />The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with the following: <br />♦ a site plan is provided before April 15, 2003 <br />♦ the septic system is upgraded before April 15, 2003. <br />♦ House & Yard Lumber Company may display one shed and one gazebo <br />before April 15, 2003 at which point the above requests must be completed. <br />'y1 <br />1 n F' 1 t h y <br />
