Upon motion <br />duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 9, <br />2003 to grant a Special Permit for the above referenced operation under Section 174- <br />25E(8) and H(6) and to allow a one -bedroom apartment on the second floor for on-site <br />security. This Special Permit is conditioned on Planning Board Endorsement on a plan <br />for the re -division of lots 91, 141, and 90 as referenced on a re -division plan prepared for <br />Cape Cod Fence of Lots 90, 91 and 141, Falmouth Road, Mashpee, J.E.
