Any appeals shall be <br />made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts General <br />Laws Chapter 40A within twenty days after the date of said <br />filing. <br />This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed <br />at the Registry of Deeds. A Certified Copy may be <br />obtained from the Town Clerk after the expiration of the <br />20 -day Appeal period.
