.r <br /> Mashpee Zoning . <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes June 113 2003 <br /> Per A. 1 : Requests a variance under Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning By- <br /> las to vary the setback requirements to the wetlands and land space requirements in <br /> order to build an addition and garage 24' x 41' on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 172 Daniel's Island Road (Map 100 Parcel 1 M shp e, MA. <br /> Sitting: Marshall Brem, Edward Govoni and James Regan. <br /> John Slavins y of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner. He is seeping <br /> variance to the wetlands and for lot coverage. The proposed addition was previously <br /> granted a variance however., the petitioner's retirement plans were put on hold for 1 <br /> years or so. They are seeking a 43 foot variance to the wetlands, 18 feet in the front, 3.5 <br /> feet in the north side and 19%variance on lot coverage to the uplands only. There will <br /> e a new septic system installed as well. The Board moves to grant the above referenced <br /> variances. The motion is seconded. All agree, So moved. <br /> Mary J. Counts: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-25.A.8 of the ZoningBy- <br /> laws in order to build an accessory structure (an in-lave apartment) on property located in <br /> n R-5 zoning district at 72 Redwood Circle Map 27 Parcel 103) Mashpee, IIIA. <br /> Sitting: Robert Nelson, Richard Guerrera and James began <br /> Mary Counts represents herself at the hearing. She is seeping a Special Pen it to build <br /> n in-law apartment at her home. All of the criteria has been met including the second <br /> form of egress. Plans provided by Cape & Islands Engineering as prepared for Mas Bay <br /> Construction, dated August 10, 1999. Attach notice from Deputy Hamblin regarding <br /> hard wired smoke detectors. The Board moves to grant the Special Permit. The motion is <br /> seconded. All agree. So moved. <br /> Victor Iuclue: Requests a variance under Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to vary <br /> the setback requirements to legalize existing deck on property located in a R-5 zoning <br /> district at 317 Creat Neck Road Horth Map 52 Parcel 20 Iashpee, IIIA. <br /> AND <br /> Victor Duque.: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-2 .A.8 of the Zoning B - <br /> las to legalize existing accessory structure in-lave apartment) on property located in a <br /> R-5 zoning district at 317 Great Neck Toad North(Map 52 parcel 20) I lashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Marshall Brem, Robert Nelson and Janes Degan <br /> Victor Duque represents himself at these hearings.
