Town ofMashpee <br /> 16 Great Jlreck load Jdorth <br /> TABU MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALe'hpee, Vassachusetts 02649 <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Armine Sabatini 6 Kelly Road <br /> Map 78 Parcel 88 <br /> SP-03-93 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 9, 2003 by Armine Sabatini for a Special Permit <br /> under Section 174-25.A.8 of the Zoning By-laws to build an accessory structure to the <br /> existing dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 6 Kelly Road (Map 78 <br /> Parcel 88) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, June 13, 2003 and June 20, <br /> 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> • Wednesday, September 10, 2003 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Marshall Brem, Zella Elizenberry <br /> and Richard Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Richard and Armine Sabatini represent themselves at this continued hearing. Mr. <br /> Sabatini was before the Board on June 25, 2003 seeking a Special Permit for an accessory <br /> structure. The Board felt the drawings presented at that time were not sufficient to render <br /> a decision. They asked Mr. Sabatini to have new drawings rendered and come back to <br /> the Board. Mr. Sabatini presented the new drawings to the Board and the Board felt <br /> satisfied with this plan. Ms. Elizenberry asked Mr. Sabatini if it will be owner occupied <br /> and he said that it would be. The matter is approved by the Board of Health. Mr. Brem <br /> moved to grant the Special Permit. Ms. Elizenberry seconded the motion. <br /> • <br />
