Mr. Wheeler would like to <br /> have the Design Review Committee's recommendations and approvals written into the <br /> decision. Mr. Wheeler offers to work with applicant on the bond issues since this is a <br /> landscaping business. The Board agrees to defer the bond requirement to Mr. Wheeler. <br /> Mr. Nelson moves to grant the Special Permit to applicant. Zella Elizenberry seconds the <br /> motion. The Design Review Committee has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 28 Nicoletta's Way and consists of 3.97 <br /> acres. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> 1. the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> 2. there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. <br /> 3. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a result of <br /> the proposal. <br /> 4. there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors listed in <br /> Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> • <br />
