Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 22, 2003 and <br /> August 29, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> • A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 10, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Marshall Brem, James Regan and <br /> Robert Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner at this <br /> hearing. He is seeking a Variance in order to rebuild a house that he is seeking to <br /> demolish. Mr. Regan notes that there are 12 letters of support in the file from neighbors <br /> and abutters. A request for relief from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws has been <br /> stricken. A new septic system will be installed which is a plus to the neighborhood. Mr. <br /> Brem moves to grant the Variances. Mr. Nelson seconds the motions. <br /> • <br />
