11T1'N <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> Ngo M 16 Great Veck load Xorth <br /> '�Mu¢cw Mashpee, Alassachusetts 02649 <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Re: Richard Parsons 19 Pine Avenue <br /> Map 123 Parcel 25 <br /> SP-03-119 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 19, 2003 by Richard Parsons for a Special Permit <br /> under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws in order to demolish a pre-existing non- <br /> conforming structure and build a new house on property located in an R-3 zoning district <br /> at 19 Pine Avenue (Map 123 Parcel 25) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 22, 2003 and <br /> August 29, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> • Wednesday, September 10, 2003 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Marshall Brem, James Regan and <br /> Robert Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner at this <br /> hearing. He is seeking a Special Permit in order to demolish an existing house. Mr. <br /> Regan notes that there are 12 letters of support in the file from neighbors and abutters. A <br /> new septic system will be installed which is a plus to the neighborhood. Mr. Brem moves <br /> to grant the Special Permit.
