Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 22, 2003 and <br /> August 29, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> • Wednesday, September 10, 2003 and continued until September 24, 2003, at which time <br /> the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: James E. Regan, Robert Nelson and Richard Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Carl MacDonald represents his clients the Capodilupo's for this hearing. They <br /> are seeking to demolish a pre-existing, non-conforming structure and rebuild a house <br /> using the same footprint. Mr. MacDonald explains what his clients would like to do to <br /> the Board. The Board discusses the pre-existing condition and the requested variances. <br /> Bob Nelson moves to grant the Special Permit.
