This action is.an appeal of the decision of the Town of Mashpee
Zoning Board of Appeals filed with the Town Clerk on October 31,
2003 to grant a modification of a 1998 special permit. The 1998 special
permit allowed the property owner to raze a dwelling on a non-
conforming lot and build a new dwelling. The instant decision permits
the property owners to construct/relocate an illegal accessory
structure. The Board previously issued a modification of the special
permit and a variance regarding the same structure. Plaintiffs have
appealed those decisions to this court in an action bearing docket
286443. A Copy of the October 31, 2003 decision is attached hereto.
•
