Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Ack Poad Arth <br /> Mashpee, la'lassachusetts 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> NOTICE OF DECISION <br /> Notice is hereby given that at the Public Hearing on October 22, 2003, the <br /> Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals granted a Modification of a Special Permit to L. Clark <br /> Hill and Heather Hill from Sections 174-17, 174-20 and 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws in <br /> order to construct/relocate an existing boathouse/accessory building to 15 feet from the <br /> sideline on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 50 Popponesset Island Road <br /> (Map 106 Parcel 24 ) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts. <br /> This Decision was filed with the Town Clerk on October 31, 2003. <br /> Any appeal shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts General <br /> Laws, Chapter 40A, within twenty days after the date of said filing. The Decision is <br /> available to the public at the Mashpee Town Hall in the office of the Town Clerk. <br />
