Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Eric Lubrano <br /> 2 SP-03-126 <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> • The Board determined to allow: <br /> 1. conversion of an existing dwelling to accommodate not more than two (2) <br /> families,provided that there is not external evidence of occupancy by more than <br /> one (1) family, <br /> 2. and further provided that each dwelling unit resulting from such conversion shall <br /> have not less than seven hundred fifty (750) square feet of habitable floor space. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on September <br /> 24, 2003 to grant the Special Permit. The Special Permit is conditioned on septic plans <br /> from Cape & Islands Engineering, Plan No. 072803, File No. 237 MA, Septic File No. <br /> 73, dated July 28, 2003, and drawings rendered by Eric Lubrano. Additionally, the Board <br /> of Health must make a final inspection before occupancy is issued. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
