Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Christopher Johnson <br /> V-03-137 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on October 22, <br /> 2003 to grant the Variance to applicant. This is conditioned on plans from the BSC <br /> Group of Norwell, MA, File No. 8528-DEF, dated June 3, 2003 as prepared for <br /> Christopher Johnson.
