Mashpee Zoning Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership <br /> Board of Appeals SP-03-149 3 <br /> 3. that there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created <br /> as a result of the proposal. <br /> 4. that there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors <br /> listed in Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> 5. that the applicant has satisfied the requirements under Condition#5 of the <br /> original Special Permit. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on December <br /> 10, 2003 to grant a Minor Revision to the original Special Permit, SP-86-04-024, as <br /> previously modified under Condition#5, subject to the following: <br /> 1. the general location of the buildings and other improvements shown on the <br /> Master Plan for Mashpee Commons shall not be changed without the consent <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> • 2. wherever the word "Applicant' is used in this Decision, it is intended to <br /> include successors in title or interest to the real property or any part thereof <br /> which is the subject matter of this Special Permit. <br /> 3. all perimeter and entry signage will be submitted for review to the Design <br /> Review Committee and will be subject to approval from the Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals. Sign covenants governing interior signage for Mashpee <br /> Commons will be subject to the approval of the Mashpee Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals. <br /> 4. prior to the issuance of occupancy permits, the Mashpee Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals will satisfy itself that Landscaping shall have been completed, subject <br /> to accepted seasonal variations. <br /> 5. This minor revision is subject to: <br /> ♦ The Special Permit Site Plan entitled Master Plan Special Permit dated <br /> November 20, 2003 as drawn by Imai Keller Moore Architects; <br /> • <br />
