Mashpee Zoning Minutes—January 9, 2002 12 Board of Appeals n At the December 12, 2001 Public Hearings the Board voted unanimously to continue the Petition until January 9, 2002 to allow the Building Commissioner an opportunity to j conduct research on the subject property. On January 3, 2002, the Board received a request from Mrs. Shirley Bruneau requesting a Withdrawal Without Prejudice of the r� above-referenced Petition. Mr. Nelson moved to accept the request for a Withdrawal � Without Prejudice judice of the above-referenced Petition, V-01-128. Mr. Brem seconded. All agreed. 1-: OTHER BUSINESS Carol A. Taylor—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning f By-laws for permission to demolish an existing dwelling to allow for construction � N of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 112 Waterway (Map 105 Parcel 219) Mashpee, MA. Taylor—Requests a Variance from q Sections 174-3 1 and 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws to modify the side, front and lot coverage requirements and the setback n requirements to water and wetlands to allow for construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 112 Waterway (Map 105 Parcel 219) q Mashpee, MA. « Town Counsel faxed and mailed a draft of an Agreement for Judgment and Dismissal of i the Appeal of the above-referenced Petitions. Mr. Regan moved to authorize Town G Counsel to execute the Agreement as drafted. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. MINUTES Accept Minutes of December 12, 2001 Public Hearings.
