Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on January 9, <br /> 2002 to grant a Special Permit for permission to construct an in-law apartment in the <br /> lower level of a dwelling on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 721 Main Street. <br /> The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with the following: <br /> 1.
