Robert Casey, Trustee V-02-3 5 Mute Swan Circle <br /> Map 84 Parcel 37 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 20, 2001 by J. Robert Casey, Trustee, of <br /> Boston, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> to exceed the 70-foot total length limit to allow for construction of a pier, ramp and float <br /> on Shoestring Bay on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 5 Mute Swan Circle <br /> (Map 84 Parcel 37) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 21 and <br /> December 28, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> w�;R <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Richard <br /> +`s T. Guerrera and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Peter Sullivan of Sullivan Engineering represented the Petition and stated <br /> that plans call for construction of a pier, ramp and float on the subject property. The <br /> Petitioner is also seeking a Special Permit to allow for the proposed construction. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
