A copy of the Deed is <br /> attached hereto and marked as Exhibit A. <br /> 3• The Defendant, S.V. Raleigh Corporation, is a corporation with its usuallace of <br /> P 'i <br /> business c/o Nutter, McClennen& Fish, 1513 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, Massachusetts <br /> 02601 (hereinafter "Raleigh"). Raleigh is the Applicant for a variance on property at 490 <br /> & 486 Main Street, Mashpee, Massachusetts, Assessor's Map 27, Lots 159 and 123 <br /> (hereinafter the "Premises"). <br /> 4. The Defendant, <br /> Robert Vici <br /> no is a resident of 2746 Cranberry Highway, Wareh <br /> Y am <br /> Massachusetts (hereinafter "Vicino"), and the owner of the Premises. <br /> 5. The Trust is the direct abutter to the Premises. <br /> 6. The Defendant,dant, Town of Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals is the variance and special <br />
