Briggs SP-02-37 60 Nicolettas Way <br /> Map 26 Parcel 20 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 7, 2002 by Peter J. Briggs of Marstons <br /> Mills, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.G.5, 174-25.G.6 <br /> and 174-25.G.9 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for construction of a building with <br /> wholesale business and storage, manufacturing, landscaping and retail/office space <br /> in an I-1 zoning district at 60 Nicolettas Way (Map 26 Parcel 20) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was as given by publication in The Cape <br /> Cod Times a , <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 11 and <br /> February 18, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 27, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Frederick R. <br /> Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Peter J. Briggs, along with Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering, <br /> represented the Petition. Mr. Briggs stated that he plans to conduct a landscape business <br /> from the subject property. There are no plans for retail sale. Mr. Briggs said that most of <br /> the landscape vehicles would be stored inside the proposed building. Mr. David Sanicki <br /> of Cape & Islands Engineering referred to the proposed floor <br /> planwhich includes office <br /> space with a reception area. Mr. Briggs assured the Board oard that no hazardous ous chemicals <br /> would be stored on-site. Mr. Briggs said that hours of operation would be from 7 a.m. to <br /> 8 P.M. <br /> The project has received Design Review Committee and Technical Review <br /> Committee approval. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I <br /> II <br />
