Briggs SP-02-37 3 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS Iil ' <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> I. the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, rules <br /> and regulations. <br /> 2. there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. i! <br /> 3. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a <br /> result of the proposal. <br /> 4. there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors <br /> listed in Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on February <br /> 27, 2002 to grant a Special Permit under Section 174-25.G.5, 174-25.G.6 and 174-25.G9 <br /> on the subject property.
