Building Commissioner <br /> Russell W. Wheeler also attended the meeting. Chairman Edward M. Govoni and Clerk j <br /> Robert G. Nelson were not present <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Daniel K. Emery—Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E.4 and 174-25.H.6 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws to allow for a Body Art Establishment on property located in a <br /> C-2 zoning district at 681 Falmouth Road (Map 81 Parcel 64 Extension 24B) Mashpee, j! <br /> MA. Owner of record: Ann M. Carboneau, et al Trustees. <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Zella E. Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> Mr. Daniel K. Emery apologized for any inconvenience to the Board and requested a <br /> Withdrawal Without Prejudice of the Petition. Mr. Emery said that the lease agreement <br /> J <br /> Y <br /> at Deer Crossingfell through and he is <br /> rou h g looking for another prospective place in the Town. <br /> lil <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to accept the request for Withdrawal Without Prejudice of the <br /> above-referenced Petition for a Special Permit. Ms. Elizenberry seconded. All agreed. <br /> Warren DeVoe—Re uests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> q p g y <br /> to demolish an existing structure to allow for construction of a new single-family home <br /> on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 65 Bayview Road (Map 119 Parcel 62) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James es E. Brem. � I� <br /> i <br /> The Petitioner's son, Mr. Robert DeVoe, represented the proposal and stated that plans <br /> call for demolition of the existing 16x 18-foot cottage to allow for construction of a <br /> single-family home on the subject property. The proposed new construction would be 30 <br /> x 46 feet. The Board of Health has approved proposed installation of a new Title V <br /> septic system on the property. No Variance relief from the setback or lot coverage j <br /> requirements is being requested. <br /> Mr. Brem said that he visited the site and agreed that the existing dwelling is very small. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> ;I <br /> I <br /> i! <br /> � I <br />
