Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 3 and May 10, 2002, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. �, � I ISI <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 22, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to theIIH <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner and <br /> stated that plans call for construction of an addition and porch to the existing home. The <br /> proposal would encroach on the setback requirements to water and wetlands. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. The Board of Health <br /> memo states that the dwelling must remain a 3-bedroom home. j <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Kraeuter, abutters at 92 Whippoorwill Circle, stated that they do not <br /> oppose the proposal.
