DeDecko of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the side setback requirements to allow for installation of a shed on property <br /> located in an R-5 zoning district at 61 Quinaquisset Avenue (Map 68 Parcel 92) <br /> Mashpee, MA. jl j <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 7, and June 14, 2002, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 26, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson and <br /> Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Regan stepped down and left the room. <br /> I <br /> ,i The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Matthew DeDecko, the Petitioner's husband, represented the Petition and <br /> stated that he is a builder and wishes to store his equipment in the proposed shed on the <br /> subject property. Mr. DeDecko said that a paper road abuts the property on one side and <br /> conservation land abuts the property on another side. He stated that the shed would have <br /> to be located right up against his house in order to avoid the easement area. Mr. <br /> DeDecko said that he would prefer to locate the shed three to four feet away from the <br /> house to allow for air to circulate. <br /> SII <br /> Mr. Govoni strongly suggested that the Petitioner ensure that the location of the <br /> ggg II, <br /> proposed shed shall remain outside of the easement area. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. `, <br /> i <br />
