Zocchi, Trustee, Zocchi Realty <br /> �I I <br /> ' ' i <br /> Trust of Brookline, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws to allow for construction of a pier, ramp and float on Ockway Bay on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 9 Ockway Bay Road (Map 99 Parcel 49) <br /> Mashpee, MA. '! <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a II <br /> I <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 7, and June 14, 2002, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> I � <br /> Wednesday, June 26, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and <br /> I � <br /> Robert G. Nelson. j <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of j <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that plans call for a 122-foot pier, ramp and float along the shore of Ockway Bay. <br /> In order to access deep water, the proposal must exceed the allowed 70-foot total length <br /> I <br /> limit. <br /> The Conservation Commission and Shellfish Constable have approved the <br /> proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Ti <br /> i <br /> I <br /> i <br />
